FAQ

Before you request a letter

Straight answers about privacy, boundaries, process, and realistic expectations.

Can a letter guarantee that my ex will come back?

No. A letter can clarify your own message, but it cannot guarantee a reply, forgiveness, reconciliation, or any other person’s decision.

What makes a personalized letter different from a template?

A personalized draft is shaped around the facts, tone, and boundaries of one situation. Samples are useful for structure, but should not be copied and sent as if they were personal.

What should I include in a request?

Share the relationship context, what happened, the message you want to communicate, and the tone you hope to strike. Only include details that are relevant and that you are comfortable sharing.

What situations are not appropriate for this service?

The service does not help bypass a stated no-contact boundary, pressure someone, deceive someone, or handle threats, abuse, self-harm, legal matters, or emergencies.

How quickly is a draft delivered?

The standard service goal is a draft within 24 hours, followed by the included revision described on the pricing page.

Are client stories or messages published on this site?

No. Client correspondence is private. The Common Situations page uses general, non-identifying scenarios and does not present them as client outcomes.
